Considering the limited relief sought by the Petitioner to direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and decide his representation, we direct the Respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed to consider and decide the above, referred representation of the Petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
