Mr. Gujarathi, learned counsel holding for Mr. V.P.Latange, learned counsel for the applicant / appellant submits that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been settled amicably. Now, both the parties are residing together. As such, there is no propriety to decide the main appeal and respective civil applications moved by the applicant.

As per office remarks, notice is yet to be served upon the sole respondent.

Having regard to the submissions of Mr.

Gujarathi, learned counsel holding for Mr. V.P.Latange,

2 925 CA-2999-20 learned counsel for the applicant / appellant, it is necessary to dispose of these two applications as well as first appeal which is on stamp number.

ORDER

(i) The First Appeal Stamp No. 6216/2020 stands disposed of for want of prosecution.

(ii) Civil Application No. 2999/2020 and Civil Application No. 3000/2020 also stand disposed of in view of disposal of First Appeal.

(iii) No order as to costs.
