Present application has been filed for issuance of notice to respondent Nos.4 and 5 through paper publication. It has been contended that the notices issued to respondent Nos.4 and 5 as per order dated 30.09.2016 were not served on them. The address of respondent Nos.4 and 5 is the same which was before the trial Court. They were served on the same address when the matter was before the tribunal and therefore the present report that they are not residing at the said address is not correct. It shows that they are avoiding service. 2.

Taking into consideration the report and the fact that the address was same before the tribunal, the application deserves to be

Issue notice to respondent Nos.4 and 5 in Daily Lokmat or Daily Divya Marathi on deposit of necessary charges, returnable on 01.10.2019.
