For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 67 days caused in filing application for review is condoned.

Heard. The review application seeks review of order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 10682 of 2010 dated 30.11.2010. On perusal of the order, we found that the petition was dismissed mainly on the ground that the petitioner did not have locus to challenge the reversion of Leprosy Technician. The applicant/petitioner could get cause of action for the petition mainly because the

( 2 ) ca898.12 reverted Leprosy Technicians were brought in their own cadre and were placed higher in seniority. Their such placement higher in seniority probably was the cause of action. In the meantime, however, things changed. Those who were brought in petitioner's cadre higher in seniority are already promoted to other posts and they are not now occupying higher position in the cadre of the petitioner. The petitioners in the meantime would still get promotion on merits. The application for review is almost infructuous because of passage of time and the change that has taken place in the situation due to intervening events.
