Present Petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "B.

By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ in like nature the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the representation dated 26/11/2021 (Exhibit L), 12-15/11/2022 (Exhibit Q), 24-31/05/2023 (Exhibit R), 20-26/10/2023 (Exhibit S) & 18-23/11/2023 (Exhibit T) and to take action on the proposal send by respondent no.2 to the respondent no.1 dated 07/06/2022 (Exhibit P).

The respondents may kindly be directed to comply the orders of the Hon'ble Minister dated 21/02/2019 (w.e.f. March 2019), D.

The respondent no.4 finance department may kindly be to accord sanction to the 3 new posts as contemplated in the report submitted to the respondent no.1 by respondent no.2 dated 07/06/2022 and (Exhibit P),

The respondents may kindly be directed to accords sanction to the newly sanctioned 3 posts viz., (funsZ'kd & 1] dk;kZ'kkGk enrful & 1] dkGthokgd & 1) which are already working with the petitioner's school with effect from (June 2019)" 2.

Though the other prayers are there, the main prayer is in respect of deciding representations of the petitioner. 3.

Learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 and on oral instructions, submits that the representations filed by the petitioner would be decided within six months. 4.

Taking into consideration the subject matter and the representations, we are of the opinion that the representations can be decided within four months.

The Writ Petition, therefore, stands disposed of, with directions to respondent No.1 to the decide the representations / proposals as mentioned in the prayer clause "(B)" of the Petition, within a period of FOUR MONTHS from today.
