Vide order dated 9th July 2025, this Court had adjourned the matter to 17th June 2025, to offer one more chance to the respondent. However, till today, none has appeared.

This application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition No.1011/2024 by recalling the order dated 13th December 2024 dismissing the petition for non-removal of office objection. 3.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that now the applicant undertakes to remove office objection within two weeks. Ethape

For the reasons stated in the application and to advance the cause of justice and, in view of the submission that the applicant would comply with the office objections within stipulated period, application stands allowed.

Order dated 13th December 2024 dismissing the Writ Petition No.1011/2024 for non removal of office objection, stands recalled. Writ Petition stands restored to its original position, subject to the applicant complying with the office objection within a period of two weeks from today.

With this, application stands disposed off.
