The applicant has moved this application seeking stay to the execution of award passed by the Reference Court. 2.

On due consideration of the submissions advanced and the statement made across the bar that the amount in terms of award shall be deposited within six weeks from the date of passing of order, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B subject to deposit of amount under award within six weeks from the date of passing of this order. Failure to deposit the amount within six weeks, stay granted stands vacated without reference to the court

(2) ca1196.21 unless time is extended before due date for depositing the amount.
