The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has appeared for M.B.B.S. final examination. The result of the petitioner is withheld on the ground that validity certificate is not yet submitted.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 4 and Mr. Sant, the learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent No. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. submits that, the Committee would
2 wp 2367.18 hear the matter of the petitioner on 20.03.2018. 4.
Considering the above, we pass following order. 5.
The respondent/Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall shall appear before the Committee on 20.03.2018. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the petitioner may be considered for internship, as may be permissible as per law. However, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not issue the degree certificate to the petitioner till the validity certificate is produced. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
