At the very outset, we are not entertaining this Petition since it discloses inter-department officers rivalry amongst themselves. The Petitioner desires that some of the officers from his own department should be subjected to scrutiny, enquiry and be punished.

The learned AGP raises a serious objection as regards the documents from Page Nos. 40 to 68 being produced before this Court, unauthorisedly. These documents are the part of the office record unconnected with the Petitioner. Even if it was in his custody, he

- 2 - wp2324.24.odt cannot utilise these documents without officially requesting for the copies of the same for Court proceeding.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Insofar as the grievance of documents having been purportedly stolen by the Petitioner, we leave it to the department to deal with the said issue as may be permissible in the law.
