Leave to amend. Learned Counsel Mr Sant waives notice for added respondent.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceeding is pending since 2014. Learned Counsel submits that the vigilance is not yet conducted. Learned Counsel submits that result of Second year B.D.S. Course is withheld.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order:

(a) Respondent no.2 Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

W.P.891/2017 (b) Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd March 2018. Petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

(c) Respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

(d) In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall be allowed to prosecute the studies for the next year. 4.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 5.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil application stands disposed of.
