956_WP273617.odt pending with the respondent - committee. However, Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are asking the petitioners to submit validity else adverse action will be taken. To decide the validation proceeding is not in the hands of litigants.

Considering the above, we pass following order :-
O R D E R
The respondent - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of caste claims of petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight months. Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioners from further studies and appearing for examinations only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.
