Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0016/2025, registered with Begumpura Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 333, 351(3), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The allegations against the present applicant is that on 27.01.2025, at about 01:00 p.m., three of the accused forcefully entered into the house and they have assaulted the informant. The learned

2 928 counsel for the applicant submits that the assault by the informant is by fist and blows, whereas assault by knife is by co-accused Akash. 4.

At this moment it is not possible to separate the roles of each of the accused as they have forcefully entered the house of the informant and that one of the accused was holding a weapon (knife) with intention to assault the informant. Injury is caused to the informant and involvement of the applicant is seen.

Considering the same, this is not the fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
