Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 60 days condoned in filing first appeal. The applicant who is original respondent No.1 intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned tribunal.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.2 has strong objection on the ground that whatever reasons have been given in the application are not just and reasonable.

The applicant is a Corporation and it is stated that after the receipt of the certified copies, it had obtained legal advice from the department of the Corporation and then, arrangements have been made. 4.

Taking into consideration the duration of the delay and for the reasons given in the application, liberal approach is taken, delay stands condoned.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 6.

Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for further consideration on 28.11.2019.
