Upon hearing, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions of the applicant, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application. However, liberty to file similar application on same grounds in case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, as has been reported by the learned sessions judge, may be granted. 3.
Accordingly, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for and disposed of as such.
