ORDER :

Today learned counsel Shri. S.B. Madde is appearing for original claimants. Both the sides are heard. Delay of 355 days is caused in filing appeal. In view of the contents of the applications filed for condonation of delay filed by Government that some time was consumed for getting certified copy, for processing the matter and for getting sanction at various level, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. So, applications filed for delay condonation are allowed. Delay is condoned. 2.

Notice in appeals. Learned counsel S.B. Madde waives notice for original claimants. Call record and proceeding.

Heard the learned AGP for applicants in stay applications. Seen the judgment and award. This Court holds that stay can be granted subject to depositing of entire amount of award within twelve weeks from today. In those terms, the stay applications are allowed and disposed of.
