All these applications have been filed for getting the delay of 65 days condoned in filing first appeals. The applicant who is original respondent No.1 intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned tribunal.

The learned Advocates appearing for the respective respondents in all the matters raised strong objection on the ground that whatever reasons have been given in the applications are not just and reasonable.

The applicant is a Corporation and it is stated that after the receipt of the certified copies, it had obtained legal advice from the department of the Corporation and then, arrangements have been made. 4.

Taking into consideration the duration of the delay and for the reasons given in the applications, liberal approach is taken, delay stands condoned.

Civil Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. 6.

Registry to verify and register the first appeals and place them for further consideration on 28.11.2019.
