Per Court :- Heard Mr. V.P. Latange, learned counsel and Mr. Patil, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for quite some time, since this court is not inclined to grant the relief in favour of the present applicant, Mr. Latange, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present Application. He submitted that, directions be issued to the learned Sessions Judge for early disposal of Sessions Case. [2] Speedy trial is a right of person, who is facing the accusation. Looking to the nature of the allegations, made against the present applicant and looking to the fact that, charge-sheet is already filed, in the interest of justice, directions can be issued to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhar to decide the Sessions Case.
