These applications are filed seeking stay to the execution of judgment and awards dated 12/09/2017, passed by learned C.J.S.D. Majalgaon, in L.A.R. Nos.106/2011, 107/2011 and 108/2011, respectively.

Considering the grounds raised in the applications and facts and circumstances of the present case, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', subject to the applicant depositing amount as per order dated 15/09/2021, passed by this Court, within a period of 12 weeks from today. Applications are accordingly disposed off.
