Mr. Syed, the learned advocate submits that because of the retirement, two posts of Assistant Teacher have become vacant and the petitioner can be considered for the post of Shikshan Sevak in their place.

Mr. Rudrawar, the learned advocate submits that affidavit is filed by the management stating that as and when the vacancy will arise the claim of the petitioner would be considered.

The respondent - management shall if vacancy has arisen, take steps as per the affidavit filed by them. The petitioner may approach the management. The management shall consider the state of vacancy and shall proceed further with regard to the appointment of petitioner on the post that is claimed to be available.
