Heard learned counsel for both sides.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application. 4.

Perusal of the application indicates that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. No malafides can be attributed to the applicant for not bringing LR's of deceased respondent on record in time. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. 987.ca2865.25.odt

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 6.

After carrying out the amendment, issue notice to the added respondents.
