The learned Counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year2015. The same is not yet decided. The Petitioner has completed his internship.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 3. Mr. K. C. Sant, learned Counsel waives service of notice for Respondent No.4.

In case, the Petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the internship completion

2 wp 3123.2022 certificate of the Petitioner may not be withheld only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

The Petitioner shall not take benefit of reservation unless and until the Petitioner gets the validity certificate.

5.

The further course of action would be undertaken depending upon the Judgment that will be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

6.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
