Learned AGP points out that there is remedy available of filing Revision under section 9 under the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 before the learned Registrar General. In view of the same, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Revisional Authority under the said Act. 02.
