Mr.Dhakne, learned counsel submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has completed his training.

2] We have heard Mr.Deshpande, learned Assistant Solicitor General. The learned A.S.G. submits that the petitioner is disqualified in view of the fact that he had criminal antecedents. Though the petitioner is acquitted, it is because of the fact that the witnesses turned hostile and there was settlement between the parties. Mr.Dhakne, learned counsel submits that the witnesses had not turned hostile due any fear of the petitioner. The petitioner is not disqualified to be continued in service. 3] In fact, the respondent authorities have not yet taken any

It is stated in the order dated 15/10/2012 which is filed by respondents alongwith their affidavit in reply that before cancelling/terminating the appointment, principles of natural justice shall be followed. The petitioner can put forth his case in case any steps are being taken for terminating services of the petitioner. It would be premature at this stage to consider the case of the petitioner with regard to the continuation in service.
