The proceedings were initiated. Enquiry has been conducted. However, final decision is not been passed by the authorities. We have heard learned A.G.P.

In case no decision is taken in proceedings under Section 20 initiated by petitioner, then respondent - authority shall decide the said proceeding expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law and preferably within a period of six months. Writ petition stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
