Learned advocate for the applicant submits that under inadvertence it was not realized that the matter had been listed on board before Registrar on 26th November, 2014 and in the circumstances the order came to be passed refusing registration of the second appeal for non removal of office objection. The same was realized when a communication by e-mail had been received at the end of the advocate and thereafter this application has been moved.

Having regard to the same, I deem it appropriate to grant

{2} ca5648-15 the application. Civil application, as such, stands granted in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of. 3.

It is expected that now the office objections will be removed as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
