When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to the applicant, Shri Salunke, learned counsel, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the concerned Court for regular bail if the trial does not get concluded within six months or on receipt of Chemical Analyzer (CA) report, whichever is earlier.
