The appellants and respondents are present alongwith their advocate.

Terms of compromise are duly verified by the Registrar (Judicial). So also, identification of the parties have been recorded by the Registrar (Judicial). The report of verification and identification of the parties submitted by the Registrar (Judicial) is taken on record and marked as "Y" for identification. 3.

Parties present confirm their respective signatures and further admit that they have entered into the settlement voluntarily. The terms of compromise are also signed by Advocate representing

In terms of settlement the respondents/original defendants have agreed to settle the matter by accepting the sum of Rs. 12,00,000/- [Rupees Twelve Lakhs] in lieu of giving up claim in suit property.

It appears that settlement between the parties is voluntary and out of will. So also, same is in the interest of parties. Hence, following order is passed:-

ORDER

i.

Admit.

ii.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of terms of compromise which is marked as "X" for identification. iii.

Parties to bear their own costs.

iv.

Decree be drawn in terms of consent terms.

v.

In view of disposal of the appeal, the civil application, if any pending in the proceeding disposed of in terms of order in appeal.
