This is a Petition, which has been transferred to this Court under the order of the Hon'ble The Chief Justice, by clubbing of such matters. By the order dated 07/12/2020, passed at the Principal Seat, the Petitioner's service was protected. In the backdrop of the invalidation of the claim of the Petitioner and under a remand of the proceeding under the orders of the High Court, the validation cases were to be reconsidered. It is in these circumstances that the present Petitioner continued in employment with the order of posting her on a supernumerary post.

The Petitioner's claim of belonging to the 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe category is allowed. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner places on record a photostat copy of the certificate dated 16/09/2020, bearing Sr. No.136938 to indicate that the Petitioner's claim has been accepted and she is declared to be belonging to the 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe category. The said certificate is marked as 'X-1' for identification. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner points out that the Petitioner made a representation to her employer, praying for cancelling the order dated 31/12/2023, passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Satara, placing her on a supernumerary post. He tenders a copy of the order dated 06/07/2022, passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Satara, Respondent No.2 herein, by which, the said order has been recalled and the Petitioner's grievance is redressed. A copy of the said order is marked as 'X-2' for identification. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands worked out and the same is disposed off.
