PER COURT :

1. This matter was substantially argued by both the sides. This Court was not inclined to allow the application considering the distance between the present place of residence of the wife and the place where the proceeding is pending. This Court has expressed that for convenience of both the sides, the matter can be taken to other Court which will create the situation that there will be two matters in the same Court and that will be convenient for both the sides.

2. The learned counsel wife/applicant had submitted that he wanted to take instruction and so time was given to him. He did not turn up on the last date and today also. So, present application stands dismissed.
