2] The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petition can be conveniently disposed of in the light of the averments made in paragraphs 9 and 10 of the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent no.4.

3] Upon perusal of paragraphs 9 and 10 of the affidavit-in-reply of respondent no.4, it appears that the respondent/authority has sanctioned two divisions for each standards i.e. 11th standard and 12th standard. One division is on grant-in-aid basis and another on non-grant basis. It is further stated in paragraph 10 of the affidavit-

3 18-wp2430-16.odt in-reply that pursuant to the information/proposal submitted by the petitioner - School for the academic years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, the respondent/authority has considered the proposal and sanctioned the staffing pattern by granting two divisions, as stated above.

4] In that view of the matter, according to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, the purpose of filing this Writ Petition is served. 5] In the light of the above, the Writ petition stands disposed of.
