The case of the petitioner is that respondents no. 2 and 3 are not allowing the petitioner to join the service as 'Peon'.

It is the case of the respondent / institution that the petitioner is absent from the school since 05.01.2012.

If the petitioner feels that he is not allowed to join his duties, then it is the case of

2 wp 8248.16 otherwise termination for which the petitioner has a remedy. If the respondents have not taken any decision to terminate the petitioner, then the parties may take steps in accordance with law. 4.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
