The present petition is filed seeking directions to issue copy of order dated 05.07.2016.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents on instructions states that, in fact, no final decision was taken on the application of the petitioner. Some notings were made. The final decision is yet to be taken by the Government.

As it is submitted by respondents that, final decision is not taken, the respondent/State shall take final decision upon the application of the petitioner within a period of three (03) months
