Today learned counsel Mrs. Kshirsagar for respondents No.2, 3 and 4 produced on record communication of Education Officer (Primary) showing that the directions have been given by the Education Officer Officer (Primary) to the school management to do the needful. Considering the nature of relief claimed, this Court holds that the purpose will be served if direction is given to the respondents to see that things are expected. Nobody is present for the institution. Directions are given to process for the matter for salary in respect of the months mentioned in the relief clause, the

Writ Petition No.2722/2014 period for which he has actually worked and he is entitled to salary. The Head Master of the school is hereby directed to submit the bills and do the needful within one month from today. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. ( SUNIL K.
