ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Kunal @ Bunty Sadashiv Wani, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) with one solvent surety of the like amount in Crime No.411 of 2021 registered with Dharangaon Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 393, 396, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, on the following conditions :

(b) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) Bail before the learned Trial Court.
