Mr. Salgare, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the T.E.T. is not necessary for an Arts teacher. So also for an appointment of Arts teacher he is not required to go through the Pavitra Portal. The learned counsel relies on the Government Resolution dated 03rd December, 2014. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has approached the respondent No. 1 by filing representation. It is only on the ground that petitioner is not possessing TET qualification and not appointed through Pavitra Portal, her proposal is rejected. The respondents be directed to decide the representation. 2.

In fact, superior authority of Education Officer would be Deputy Director of Education. He would consider the

2 wp 3246.19 Government Resolutions as would be pointed out to him. The petitioner may approach the Deputy Director of Education Aurangabad. The petitioner may point out the Government Resolutions relied by her. The Deputy Director of Education shall consider the case put forth by the petitioner and take decision about the order passed by the Education Officer rejecting the proposal for approval. If the representation filed by the petitioner is pending, then the decision shall be taken by the Deputy Director of Education expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
