Looking at the grievance being made under writ petition, it appears that the same is in respect of compliance of assurance under the statement made on behalf of respondent no. 1 albeit it appears that it is the revenue officer who is proceeding with execution while stay application filed by petitioner is pending before the district court.

2.

In the circumstances, stay application before district court may be proceeded with or a proper application be filed and suitable orders be requested before scheduled date.

3.

Writ petition accordingly is disposed of.
