Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail, in connection with CR No. I 155/2014 registered with Police Station, Begumpura, District - Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Section.s. 363, 364, 302, 201, 120(B), 504, 109, 114 of the Indian Penal Code.
[2] Heard Mr. Vijay B. Jogdand, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr A.V. Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Maharashtra.
[3] There are allegations against the preset applicant. Further There is no dispute that, Sessions Case is fixed for framing of Charge,
2/2 cri.appln. 1067.15..sxw therefore, in the interest of justice, the trial court is directed to dispose of Sessions Case within a period of eight (8) months from the date of passing of this order.
[4] The applicant - accused shall co-operate the learned Sessions Judge for early disposal of the case. [5] It is made clear that any observation made in this order are purely prima facie and are made only for disposal of present Criminal Application and the learned Sessions Judge shall not get himself influenced by such observations.
