Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant. 3.
This is an application seeking condonation of delay of four days that is caused in fling an application for restoration of ALP No.225 of 2018 which was dismissed for default as steps were not taken by the learned Advocate for the applicant.

Learned Advocate for the applicant undertakes that, he will remove the offce objections within a period of two weeks from today, if ALP is restored. He submits that ALP is fled against the order of acquittal for the aaa/-
cran 596.20.odt offence u/s 420, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the IPC. He submits that, there is merit in his ALP, however, because of non-removal of offce objections, he is not in a position to pursue it.

Considering the submissions, delay of four days is condoned. ALP No.225 of 2018 is restored to its fle. The learned Advocate to remove offce objections in ALP within a period of two weeks from today. Criminal application is disposed off.
