None appears for the petitioner. The petitioner is already terminated from the service. In view of that he could have independently completed D.Ed. qualification. The petitioner challenges communication dated 17.12.2005 rejecting his request to allow him to complete D.Ed. qualification and so also terminating from service. No interim orders were passed in favour of the petitioner. It is nowhere clarified that the petitioner has completed D.Ed. qualification. Present status is also not clarified. If none appears for the petitioner on next date, this Court would dismiss the matter. Place the matter on 21.09.2018."

Today also when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. The writ petition, as such, is dismissed. No costs. Rule discharged.
