This appeal is preferred against the judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court, Ahmednagar in Land Acquisition Reference No.241 of 1986, dated 06.12.1989. 2.

The learned Reference Court enhanced the amount of compensation @Rs.4350/-.

Heard learned AGP Mr. D. J. Patil for Appellant-State. He pointed out the resolutions of the State Government dated 03.11.2016 and 23.02.2017, whereby the State Government has taken a policy

935-fa-444-2003 -2decision that if the amount of compensation enhanced by the learned Reference Court in rural areas is less than four times, then such appeals shall not be filed and proceeded further. 4.

Considering the aforesaid policy decision, the First Appeal deserves to be disposed of without considering the merits. Hence, the following order:
