PER COURT :- In view of the submission made that the relief claimed is set-aside the allotment made in favour of respondent No.3 of Gut No. 312/2 situated at Mhase (Kh) Tq. Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar is already deleted in the petition. Apparently, nothing remains in the present matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to make amendment and he wants to bring legal heirs of petitioner on record. Submissions made show that Sakharbai Katade died on 09.05.2017, in view of this circumstances, the proceeding No. 2263 of 2014, stands disposed of as abated.
