This civil application is filed by the applicant for bringing L.Rs. of deceased respondent Bhagwandas Rampratap Panchariya on record. It has been mainly contended by the applicant that respondent died on 04/12/2016 leaving behind him the applicant nos. A to E as his L.Rs. A copy of death certificate filed on record clearly indicates that Bhagwandas @ Bhawanishankar Panchariya died on 04/12/2016. The present civil application is filed on 27/02/2017. Thus, the application is in time and there is no contest to the civil application. Therefore, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

ORDER

The C.A. No. 3908/2017 is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased respondent Bhagwandas Rampratap Panchariya. Necessary amendment to be carried out in the memo of appeal within a period of limitation.
