It has been submitted that the decreetal amount is deposited in this Court, and therefore, there is no impediment to grant the relief of stay to the execution and implementation of the Award passed by the Tribunal.

In view of submissions, the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Parbhani, in M.A.C.P.No. 261 of 2006 dated 08-01-2010, is hereby stayed till further order. 4.

Hence, the civil application for stay stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to the costs.
