Learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Jain submits that the applicant is dead. He has filed death certificate to that effect. 2.

Since the name in death certificate and the name in the present revision are different, the Investigating Officer was directed to verify whether in fact the applicant Kirama son of Demsha Padvi is dead. The investigating officer has submitted his report indicting therein that Kirama Demsha Padvi and Karamsing Demsha Padvi are one and the same person. The report is taken on record and marked "X".

In view of this the revision stands abated.
