Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner who is present before the Court undertakes to deposit the amount of cost of Rs.1,000/- directed by order dated 26th July, 2023 within the course of the day. He also states that he has obtained no objection. He has placed on record the communication dated 28th July, 2023 to the petitioner giving of no objection for the appointments of any advocate to represent him. Mr. N. T. Tribhuwan, learned counsel is discharged. 2.

Petitioner present party in person. He has placed on record self attested photo copies of Aadhar card and Pan card to his identity. 3.
