The acquiring body -State has fled this application for condonation of delay of 590 days, which appears to be caused due to time spent in obtaining approvals.

The learned counsel for respondents-claimants though opposed the application, but alternatively submits that appropriate order may be passed.

As such, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 590 days stands condoned. The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
