Learned counsel Shri Sachin Deshukh has tendered across the Bar a written pursis under his signature. The same is taken on record. In the written pursis so filed, it is contended that the present writ petition is inadvertently filed on behalf of Kashinath, challenging the order dated 29.9.2018 below Exh. 109 in RCS No.473/2011 before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division Latur since the earlier writ petition No.6363/2016 was used as basis to incorporate the names of parties and same names are carried as petitioners and respondents in the title clause of the present petition. It is further contended that the mistake so occurred is out of inadvertence only. In the circumstances, the learned counsel seeks leave to

(2) withdraw Writ Petition St.No.6155 of 2019 (Now, numbered as WP No.3594/2019).
