In view of this, effect, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the reference court is hereby stayed on condition that the applicant shall deposit the entire amount under the awards within 12 weeks from the date of this order. Failing therein, the stay granted shall be vacated automatically without any reference to the Court. 4.
