Mr. Bhalerao, the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has retired in the year 2009. The petitioner is been paid pension, but is not paid dues. The petitioner has time and again asked the authorities to make the payment of dues. Even representation is given on 29.01.2015 which is received by the respondents on 30.01.2015. However, the same is not considered. 2.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader also.

Considering the fact that, the representation filed by the petitioner is pending with the authorities, we are not entering

2 wp 2372.15 into the merits of the matter. Even prayer clauses "B" and "C" are to that effect only.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 5.

The respondent authorities/the respondent No. 3/4 that is competent authority shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner (Exhibit - A collectively) on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
