The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed for rental compensation is not decided.

We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition for the relief claimed. The petitioner has filed application for rental compensation only on 16th January, 2021 and within a period of one month has filed the present writ petition seeking direction against the authority to decide the said proceeding. We cannot encourage such litigation under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It is only if within reasonable time the authority does not decide the claim, the petitioner may approach this Court. It was 1 / 2
